Connected by the Mission of the Church
Wherever the great salvation mission of God takes place, we are right there in the middle of it together. We are connected by the common proclaiming of the Gospel, the shared living out of the Good News, wherever it happens in our city or on the other side of the globe. We are united with our missions partners in Midland and throughout the world, we identify with each other and represent each other in our works for the Kingdom. The mission connects us. And it is only accomplished by God’s energy which works so powerfully in us and through us to his glory.
Please read Colossians 1:1-29 this week. Then join us at 10:15 this Sunday morning July 19 as we consider together this undeniable and non-negotiable tie that binds us together at GCR.
