Church According to Jesus: Family of God
Our God’s greatest desire is to create a forever family to live in perfect relationship with him and with one another. He is so committed to this goal that, if nobody wanted to jump into his eternal family, Jesus says God would raise up sons and daughters from the stones along the banks of the Jordan River. That’s how determined he is!
Our world is increasingly unsure about Church. Who are these people, these Christians? And what’s the point? The growing skepticism in our culture can even cause us to question the purpose and value of Church.
Please read Mark 3:31-34 this week. Then join us at 10:15 this Sunday morning March 8 as we kick off a short series aimed at exploring Jesus’ view of Church.
